“Gratus”, is the first wine with the organic certification in the land around Boca. It is composed of 85% Nebbiolo grapes and 15% Vespolina grapes. The fermentation lasts from 7 to 9 days and the wine is later refined in oak barrels for eight months. A harmonic and well-characterized wine, which expresses all the elegance of the Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in Alto Piemonte.
