“Sass Russ” is a red colline novaresi, which is made up of a 50% of Nebbiolo grapes and 50% of Uva Rara ones.
The wort ferments for 4/5 days on the skins of grapes and eventually it ripens for six months in steel tanks.
In the end, this wine is refined in bottle. The result is a simple but quality wine, perfect for a happy hour or as an everyday wine.
